Baby Smocked Dress - Liverpool

Our adorable Liverpool baby dress is the cutest way to rock alternative tartan this holiday season. Crafted from soft cotton, it comes complete with bloomers and a sweet white Peter Pan collar. The bodice is lovingly hand-smocked by our fabulous family of craftswomen in the Philippines. The back of this dress opens fully for easy peasy changing, and the matching tartan bloomers make sure to keep those hideous diapers out of sight!
