Order
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and are calculated at checkout. You can see detailed shipping costs here.
It depends on where you are. All orders are processed within 1-2 working days and Uk orders are sent via 48 hour tracked service.
For orders to the US, please allow approximately 7-10 working days.
For orders to Japan allow up to 10 working days.
For the rest of the world this may vary, but generally the 7-15 working days apply.
DHL orders to the USA and most other destination are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days.
Returns & Exchange
Yes, absolutely! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will offer you a refund. The 14 day cooling off period applies. Please make sure you return your unwanted items(s) to us in their original state, unworn, undamaged with all tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is damaged please email us immediately at info@questioneverythinglondon.com and we will guide you through the process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at present. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item to us and place an new order for the item you wish to exchange it for. To make the process efficient include your order number with your return and make sure all items are unworn with all tags attached and in their original plastic bags.
We will refund you for your returned item(s) as soon as they have been received and inspected by our warehouse staff.
If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third-party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse for a refund. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For more details see our full Refund Policy.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item or an item different form the one you ordered, send an email to info@questioneverythinglondon.com as soon as possible.
We will assess the situation promptly and guide you through the necessary steps. You will receive a substitute item free of charge subject of availability. Alternatively a refund will be issued.
EU ORDERS
The prices you see on our website are excluding Import VAT, Import Duty & Customs Admin charges. Depending on where you live, import taxes and duty charges will vary. All orders to EU may incur additional charges for taxes and duties and tax thresholds vary from country to country. All taxes and duties are to be paid by the customer and we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the additional costs prior to ordering.
USA: No taxes for orders up to $800
Japan: no taxes for orders up to ¥200 000
DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS
The price paid by the customer at the point of purchase cannot be changed. If a product has been discounted since the original purchase you are more than welcome to place a second order at the discounted price and return the original order. Make sure all items to be returned are unworn, original tags are attached and is within the returns period.
To purchase at the discounted price, you will need to place a new order.
